Shipping Policy

Free shipping in the United States

Every order ships free to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship outside the United States.

Processing time

Orders ship within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as the package ships.

Delivery time

Most US orders arrive about a week after they ship; some take a little longer depending on destination. Alaska, Hawaii and PO boxes can take extra time. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking

Use the tracking link in your shipping email, or the Track my order page with your order number and email. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show the first scan.

Address changes

Email contact@myknurl.com as soon as possible with your order number. We can change the address until the order is handed to the carrier. After that, changes are not possible.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your tracking has not moved for 7 business days, or the package arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we will send a replacement or refund you in full. Packages marked as delivered but not received must be reported within 7 days of the delivery scan.
