Try Knurl for 30 days. If it is not for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund your purchase. No questions asked.
How to start a return
Email contact@myknurl.com with your order number. We will reply within 24 business hours with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back before you receive our confirmation.
Conditions
- The request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date shown in your tracking.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging. Normal signs of use are fine.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the product arrived damaged or defective, in which case we cover it.
- Free gifts and add-ons must be returned together with the main product.
Refunds
Once we receive the return, we inspect it and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take another 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they are handed to the carrier, usually within 1 to 2 business days of purchase. After that, please use the return process above.
